Through mutual support and various activities (discussions, introspective and physical activity) come discover and experience masculine values to act with consciousness, in a moral and ethical way. Meetings take place in two parts:
- Through discussions, we delve deeper into the Value at hand;
- Through fun physical activities, we embody and express the Value through role-playing.

Having travelled the world at a very young age and exposed too many different cultures, Eric has a kept this deep desire to understand people. Paramedic by trade, he has worked in the field of health and wellness in various forms.
Amongst facilitating men’s dialogue circles and retreats, using the very same awareness tools that helped give meaning to his life, he also assists people in finding clarity of thought so that they can have the freedom to choose a purposeful life.
Eric is co-founder of the “Gentlemen Project” as well as founder of the Meetup “Journeying to the truth”
André is motivated by knowledge and the development of our individual potential. Having worked in a variety of domains, from analytical to director of technology in several large Quebec corporations, he eventually changed paths to embrace Osteopathy.
In conjunction with the treating of patients, he teaches clinical thinking, ethics and deontology. He is also co-founder of “Créalys” and the “Gentleman Project”
